The Xtreme Exteriors Team Is Proud to Announce Our New Headquarters Is Under Construction
Since our founding 23 years ago, Xtreme Exteriors has always had a clear goal: to be the best siding company. That started with establishing ourselves as the top James Hardie installers in Nixa, MO, and with each new location, we’ve broadened our service area to deliver that quality across much of the Midwest.
More than two decades later, we’re not just renowned in our local area but recognized throughout the country for our quality and skill in completing siding installations, roofing, windows, and more.
With our company continuing to grow and welcome new team members each year, we’ve been long overdue for a new headquarters that would enable us to work even more effectively from our home location of Nixa. We recently broke ground on a new headquarters building that will help propel our business farther forward. So today, we’re taking a look at the ceremony and sharing more about the direction of our company.
Moving on Up, but Staying Right Here 
For the last few years, our team at our headquarters has felt a need to expand our office. While we’ve continued to do great work throughout Nixa and the surrounding area, our headquarters simply needed to provide us with more space due to our expanding team and customer base.
That said, our company was founded here in Nixa, MO, so while a headquarters expansion was on our minds, it was also important to our team to stay nearby. With all that to consider, when a property adjacent to our current headquarters went on the market, we quickly purchased it to begin planning our expansion.
Room to Grow, Collaborate, and Serve Our Customers
The new headquarters will make several key improvements on our current space that will enable us to work better as a team and to serve our customers even more effectively than ever.
To start with, there will be quite a bit more space overall. Our new building will have 27 offices and a large conference room that will be critical for our daily operations. Our sales team will be able to move back into the office, promoting more seamless collaboration.
The new headquarters will also feature a showroom with a material library for customers to see even more products in person. We’ll also have an interactive wall installed, featuring screens where homeowners can use our home visualizer tool onsite.
Breaking Ground on Our Expansion
This expansion of our headquarters has been a long time coming, and in September we were finally able to break ground on construction of our new office building. Our whole Nixa team came out to take part in the ceremony, hosted by the Nixa Area Chamber of Commerce. Xtreme Exteriors Co-Owner Summer Lampe gave a speech thanking all of our supporters and celebrating our successes.

As a company, we’ve been honored, humbled, and encouraged by all the success we’ve experienced over the years. Starting from one location here in Nixa, today our company has five additional locations throughout the Midwest and is continuing to look for opportunities to provide our services to more customers.

As a business, we have our sights set on ranking among the best in the country for siding and exterior remodels. This year, we reached the Inc 5000 for the first time, and we were ranked among the top 500 remodelers in the country. For our team, this new headquarters is a sign of even greater things to come.
