Employee Spotlight: Susie Kahler, Xtreme Exteriors
At Xtreme Exteriors, our team members are the driving force behind our success, and today, we’re proud to highlight one of our exceptional team members, Susie Kahler. Susie has been with Xtreme Exteriors since August 2022 and has already made an impressive impact as our Marketing Events Manager. From her home base in Rogers, Arkansas, she supports multiple locations, including Kansas City, Pittsburg, and Rogers, bringing her expertise and passion to every market she touches.
A Career Rooted in Service
Susie’s journey to Xtreme Exteriors is one of dedication, adaptability, and a strong commitment to the community. Before joining XE, Susie spent 30 years in the retail industry, where she honed her skills in customer service, management, and analytics. Her time with Walmart, where she started in a warehouse and advanced through the ranks, laid a foundation of hard work and an understanding of large-scale operations.
In addition to her retail experience, Susie worked as an office manager for over a decade, managing accounting and day-to-day operations. She also gained valuable insight into community-building during her tenure with a local Chamber of Commerce, where she supported businesses and fostered connections that now play a vital role in her work at Xtreme Exteriors.
A Passion for the Contracting Industry
Susie entered the contracting industry in March 2017, initially working in an office role. Over the years, she developed a deep appreciation for the industry, particularly its impact on the communities it serves. Whether residential or commercial projects, Susie values the role Xtreme Exteriors plays in creating lasting solutions for clients.
Her ability to connect with people, coupled with her background in customer service and community involvement, made her a natural fit for the Marketing Events Manager role. In this position, Susie is responsible for representing Xtreme Exteriors at home shows, community events, and Chamber of Commerce activities, driving name recognition and building relationships that help XE grow.
Building Connections and Driving Success 
One of Susie’s biggest challenges is increasing brand awareness across XE’s multiple locations. However, she thrives on the networking opportunities her role provides, finding fulfillment in the friendships and partnerships she has cultivated. Her efforts have already produced tangible results.
- Ambassador of the Quarter for the Rogers Chamber of Commerce in Q1 2024, a recognition that highlights her dedication to promoting XE.
- Actively serves on homebuilder committees, including being a co-chair for the 2025 NWA Home Show.
- Invited to serve as an ambassador for the Springdale, AR Chamber and the Pittsburg, KS Chamber in 2025, further expanding XE’s reach.
Susie’s ability to network and foster connections has not only increased sales but also introduced valuable leads and partnerships for XE. She takes pride in seeing how her efforts contribute to the company’s overall success.
A Vision for the Future
Over the next 12 months, Susie plans to deepen her involvement in other markets, leveraging her expertise and enthusiasm to help XE grow even further. She also aims to earn the prestigious Ambassador of the Year award with the Rogers Chamber of Commerce, a goal she’s well on her way to achieving thanks to her active participation in events and initiatives.
Beyond the Office
When she’s not driving business growth, Susie enjoys spending her free time exploring her creative side. She loves live music, spending time with her puppy Coco, and taking scenic drives to photograph old barns. A unique aspect of her personality is her fondness for a good cigar—she’s never one to say no!
Susie also treasures the time she spends interacting with team members from all XE offices, describing it as one of the most enjoyable aspects of her job. This connection to people, both within and outside the company, is a cornerstone of her success.

Recognizing her strengths, the owners created the Marketing Events Manager role to capitalize on her talents and support XE’s long-term growth.
