Dani began with us three years ago as an Office Administrator at the Shawnee, KS location and, through hard work and leadership, earned her promotion to Branch Manager. She’s excited to continue growing in her role, strengthening her team, and finding new ways to elevate the branch’s performance.

Dani’s leadership style is rooted in the qualities she brings to the office every day. She’s organized, dependable, and an excellent communicator — all essential in residential exterior construction, where many moving parts must stay aligned. She stays calm even under pressure, helping guide her team through challenges and ensuring homeowners feel supported throughout their renovation journey.
Life Outside the Office
Outside of work, Dani loves spending time with her three children and her boyfriend, Darren. Their family enjoys camping, fishing, and especially summers at Perry Lake. Those outdoor weekends provide the perfect balance to her busy workweeks and play a big part in keeping her grounded and recharged.
Advocating for Homeowners and the Industry
Dani is passionate about supporting people, not just her team and homeowners, but the construction community as a whole. During Construction Suicide Prevention Week, she participated in awareness efforts and proudly held a signed petition to help bring attention to mental health in the trades. Her commitment to advocacy reflects her character both inside and outside the office.
She also brings that same sense of care to homeowners preparing for an exterior remodel. Her best advice? Plan ahead and communicate clearly. Understanding the project timeline, materials, and any potential disruptions helps the entire process run more smoothly and eliminates surprises.
