From Service Industry to Community Engagement
Originally from Hurley, Missouri, Karah’s background in the service industry honed her interpersonal skills and passion for building relationships. Her transition into the contracting industry was driven by a desire for new challenges and the opportunity to work with a company known for its strong values. Karah’s experience in customer service has been instrumental in her success at Xtreme Exteriors, where she thrives on meeting new people and fostering meaningful connections.
Evolving Roles and Embracing Change
Karah’s journey at Xtreme Exteriors began as a Canvassing Team Lead. Her dedication and adaptability quickly led to a promotion to Director of Canvassing Operations. When the company shifted away from canvassing, Karah seamlessly transitioned into her current role, where she focuses on marketing and community outreach. Her responsibilities include attending networking events, creating content, organizing home shows, and maintaining active participation in local chambers.

What Karah finds most rewarding about her work is being part of a team that values honesty and integrity.
