At Xtreme Exteriors, it’s our people who power the difference, and TJ Pippin is one of those difference-makers. Based in Kansas City and covering the wider metro, including Overland Park, Olathe, Shawnee Mission, Lenexa, and Leawood, TJ is already making a strong impact as our newest Residential Salesperson.
From Dairy to Exteriors: A Path Built on Relationships
TJ’s journey to Xtreme Exteriors wasn’t traditional, but it’s what makes his perspective so valuable. He started his professional career in 2016 as an account manager for a local dairy company, where he honed his skills in relationship-building and account service over seven years. In 2022, he shifted into HVAC sales and account management, learning the ropes of the contracting space. By 2023, he was deep in the outdoor living industry, helping contractors design and build backyard oases with pools, patios, and landscaping. These experiences gave TJ a real-world understanding of construction and a passion for solving problems with lasting value.
That passion brought him to Xtreme Exteriors in March 2025, where he now focuses on connecting homeowners with the best solutions for roofing, siding, windows, and more.
Driving Growth with Strategy and Insight
As our residential salesperson in Shawnee, TJ’s role is centered on driving growth through strategic sales outreach, customer education, and personalized solutions. He identifies opportunities in the market, builds strong relationships with homeowners, and guides them through the decision-making process with transparency and care. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, TJ ensures every client feels confident in their choices and supported at every step. He also contributes key insights from the field that help refine our sales approach and deliver better outcomes for the communities we serve.

TJ thrives in environments where no two days are the same. Whether he’s attending a networking event or consulting on a project in the field, he’s motivated by new challenges and new people. His biggest source of pride at XE so far? Being a team player. He’s focused on collaboration and delivering top-tier customer experiences with every project.
Despite being new to the team, TJ is already showing strong leadership and commitment. He chose Xtreme Exteriors because of the culture—family-owned, values-driven, and full of passionate, genuine people who take pride in their work.

When he’s not working, you’ll find TJ on the golf course, catching a game, or spending quality time with his family. He’s a Kansas City sports fan through and through—Go Chiefs, Royals, and Jayhawks!
