Terms and Conditions

Specific restrictions apply to our lifetime warranty. Please read through all terms and conditions before making a claim.

The Lifetime Workmanship Warranty is valid for the lifetime of the original property owner.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original installation location.
The warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
Xtreme Exteriors reserves the right to inspect and assess any reported defects covered under this warranty.
Repairs or replacements required under this warranty will be performed by Xtreme Exteriors at no additional cost to the customer.
Any modifications or alterations made to the original installation by parties other than Xtreme Exteriors will void this warranty.
The warranty covers labor/workmanship only and does not cover materials or products used in the installation.
This warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental damages arising from the defect in workmanship.

How Can I Make a Claim?

To make a claim under our limited lifetime warranty, the original property owner must contact Xtreme Exteriors and provide proof of purchase and installation. This warranty may only be applied to full replacement projects. After reaching out, a representative from Xtreme Exteriors will schedule an inspection to assess the reported defect and determine the appropriate course of action.
