Zach Perkins was born and raised in the Springfield, MO area, with Branson, MO being his hometown. He attended Parkview High School in Springfield, where he developed a strong foundation that would later support his career in the contracting industry. With a career that spans 17 years, Zach’s journey into the world of exterior siding began during his vocational training in HVAC. He quickly realized that hands-on work and skilled training were his calling, leading him to pursue a career in exterior siding.
The Path to Xtreme Exteriors
Zach’s career path is a testament to his adaptability and problem-solving skills. Before joining Xtreme Exteriors, he gained valuable experience in the food industry and telecommunications. These roles honed his customer service skills and provided him with the ability to tackle complex problems efficiently. When the opportunity arose to work with Hunter at Xtreme Exteriors, Zach seized it with both hands.
Hunter recognized Zach’s potential early on, inviting him to join the team when the company was still in its infancy. Despite leaving the company for a couple of years, Zach and Hunter maintained contact. When Hunter expanded the company, he reached out to Zach, inviting him to return. Since then, Zach has been an integral part of Xtreme Exteriors, helping it grow and succeed over the past 14 years.

As President of Residential Production, Zach is responsible for planning and ordering jobs to meet customers’ expectations. He creates and communicates schedules with production teams and homeowners, ensuring that every project runs smoothly. His work spans commercial new construction and remodels, as well as commercial property maintenance and repair jobs.
