Meet Haven, a Key Part of the Xtreme Exteriors Pittsburg Team Since 2021
Our team is what sets our company apart here at Xtreme Exteriors, as it’s their hard work every day that enables us to deliver better quality and excellent service to our customers. To say thank you, and to share with our readers some of the key people who make everything happen here at XE, we started our Employee Highlights Blog Series.
Today, we’re getting to know Haven, a project manager and part of our sales staff serving our Nixa and Pittsburg locations. Haven has been with our team since coming on board in 2021, when he was just 17, and in those three years he’s worked hard to serve our customers.
A Local and Missouri Native 
Haven is from Clever, MO, a small town located about 15 minutes west of Nixa. He attended Clever High School and joined the Xtreme Exteriors team back in 2021.
As a longtime resident of this area, Haven has strong local knowledge and is able to help our team meet the needs of homeowners throughout Pittsburg and Nixa.
A Hard Worker from the Very Beginning
Our team noted Haven’s ability and willingness to work hard as soon as he joined our team. Having always been in construction and related industries, Haven has applied that mentality to day-to-day tasks here at Xtreme Exteriors, and that’s led to him becoming a key part of our team as Project Manager.
As Haven put it, “I’ve always been a hard worker, but I worked for a concrete company before which is extremely hard work.”
Helping Homeowners Achieve Their Dreams
At Xtreme Exteriors, our goal is always to help homeowners transform their homes and achieve the look they’ve always wanted. This was a major part of Haven’s motivation for joining Xtreme Exteriors in the first place.
“I chose to do exterior work because I love fixing and changing and making homeowners’ houses become their dream home,” he said. “It’s been a little over 3 years and I love building projects and seeing the final results.”
Part of Our Extended Family
Since joining our siding company here at Xtreme Exteriors, Haven has enjoyed the camaraderie. We’ve always built our team around character and aim to hire individuals with a strong sense of family and collaboration. “I really love the work environment and having a team that is dedicated to satisfying homeowners,” said Haven. “[Xtreme Exteriors] takes really good care of my family and I.”
Balancing Work Time with Free Time
As part of our sales team and our project management staff here at Xtreme Exteriors, Haven has a number of key responsibilities. “Selling and project managing can get overwhelming at times,” said Haven.
Still, he makes sure to find time for his hobbies. When he has free time, Haven enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family located nearby.
Overall, Haven looks forward to continuing to grow along with our company. He described his goals for the next 12 months as “Getting busy enough to expand the company and trying to make every homeowner happy and satisfied with our work. I want to sell as many jobs as I can and get 5 star reviews along the way.”
